Dear everyone

Please find below a link to the report that Charles Landry and I put together after his trip to Canberra in October. Charles' creativity Index completed in 2010 with 150 planners, bureaucrats, scientists, artists and business people revealed a leadership score of 3.4 our of 10. Charles did another creativity index with 55 young people at the Legislative of Assembly this year who were a little more optimistic about Canberra's leadership potential with a rating of 5.7 out of 10.

A group of leaders in Canberra gathered at the Legislative of Assembly thanks to the financial support of the Australian Insitute of Management and the assistance of Canberra Business Council to discuss how we might tackle this leadership issue and the attached report outlines what we could do for Canberra. I have met with several leaders since Charles' visit and there is unanimous support to take these ideas forward. I will be in contact early in 2012 to set up another group meeting to discuss progressing and implementing some of the ideas in this document.
